Turkey and its Culture of food
Originally Turks lived a regular lifestyle as a nomadic traveler long ago. They traveled far East Asia to the current geographic location of now known as Turkey where they settled. Later on the Turkish ancestors adopted various foods from different cultures as they encountered along there way. The nomadic Turks diet was basically based on animal products such as lamb, goat , and also game. Later on Turks got very great techniques of preserving food which prevented most of there food not to spoil. A few foods the Turks made and still enjoy making today include Shrimp Capellini, Arugula salad, Rice Pilaf with Carrots, Macaroni with beef, Beef liver stew, baklava Tray, Fennel in Olive Oil, and much more delicious foods. Turkey has much food to offer.

The culture of this festival represents the long ago history of the 14 gates in which you walk though which includes The Kingdom of Commagene, Lydia, The Persian Empire, The Phrygia, The Ionian Civilization, Turkish Republic, and much more representing this special festival. Another thing this festival has is the amazing replicas of some different cites in which are Istanbul, Konya, Mardin, Van, Izmir, Gaziantep, Adiyman, and kilis. This is a great experience that represents great culture of Turkey. Also think about going to this amazing festival for a great time.
